In Kyrgyzstan, from 8th to 11th December of 2012 an Open Cup in modern pentathlon of the Kyrgyz Republic was held. Kazakhstan was represented by best pentathletes of the country. After three days of competition among men in overall standings the first place was taken by the holder of the London Olympic license, Kazakhstani Pavel Ilyashenko with the result of 4360 points, the second place was held by Kyrgyz pentathlete- Nikita Kuznetsov -4304 points, the third place - a representative of the youth national team of Kazakhstan - Denis Tyurin - 4092 points.
It is worth noting that our athletes were very successful, showing their best performance. But as the saying goes, there is no limit to perfection! Daily training and hard work make the Kazakhstani pentathletes stronger, higher and faster!
