The Agency of Sport and Physical Education held a meeting of the organizing committee for the preparing and conducting of the Modern pentathlon Asian Championship , which will be held in Astana in 27 September to 4 October 2013.
All the members of the Committee attended the meeting. There was the Chairman of the Agency E.T. Kozhagapanov, the President of the Kazakhstan Federation of Modern Pentathlon B.M. Imashev, and the management staff of Directorate of the national teams and sports reserve, the modern pentathlon national coach O.V. Dmitriyenko.
During energetic meeting, the decision to carry out a large-scale event in the rapidly evolving Astana , the Kazakhstan's business card, for the further promotion of the capital and the modern pentathlon (jumping, running, shooting, swimming and fencing) was made.
The sport facilities of the capital, hosting the modern pentathlon at the Asian Championship, were designated.
Modern Pentathlon is a cluster of noble sports as well as an indicator of sports infrastructure in the country.
