Kazakhstan pentathletes won the Imanov tournament baton

The Kazakh team won the first place in pentathlon at the A. Imanov international tournament baton, which took place in the Almaty region.

The Korean team finished in second place, whereas the Kazakhstan-2 team – in third.

It is worth mentioning that the Kazakh Modern Pentathlon team will travel to Poland for the last pre-Olympic gathering today. The team will have training sessions together with local athletes, as well as representatives of Lithuania, Germany, USA and Korea.

On the 1^st of August Kazakh pentathletes will fly to London from Poland, where the competition among men is going to take place on the 11^th of August and on the 12^th among women.
