Pentathletes from Kazakhstan have taken the fourth place in the British Open International Tournament

The International Tournament has taken place within the programme of Open British Junior and Senior Pentathlon Championship on 9^th of March in Hartpury (Great Britain). Among the participants there were the sportsmen from Kazakhstan, Germany, France, Egypt, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Latvia and Great Britain.

Team from Kazakhstan consisted of the following pentathletes:

Boys – Denis Tyurin, Igor Sozinov, Maksim Leonidov.

Girls  – Aleksandra Chumakova, Olesya Mylnikova, Alina Kurbatskaya.

The following results were performed by our sportsmen:

Boys:

Denis Tyurin – 6^th place (4360 points)

Igor Sozinov – 16^th place (3940 points)

Maksim Leonidov – 20^th place (3636 points)

Team scoring – 4^th place (11936 points)

Girls:

Olesya Mylnikova -19^th place (3204 points)

Aleksandra Chumakova – 21^st place (3148 points)

Alina Kurbatskaya – 23^rd place (3004 points)

Team scoring – 6^th place (9356 points)
